Welcome to online personal training. This is where you take control of your fitness and health, and where I outline everything you want to know about our state-of-the-art personal training and nutrition program.

Lets get right down to business. My name is Lynn VanDyke. I am a certified personal fitness professional and fitness nutritionist. I make a living helping people succeed with their fat loss, fitness and health goals.

Online personal training allows me to personally interact with you. It allows me the freedom to build a complete fitness and nutrition program around you and your goals. It allows you to have the guidance of a professional without the high costs or hassle of working around my schedule.

    When you subscribe to my online personal training program, you will receive an email from me. This email will give you a unique username and password. This information will give you access to your private control center.

    The initial online personal training email will ask you to login to your control center and fill out a few questions about your goals, your health and your fitness levels.

    In less than one day you will receive a fitness and nutrition program designed specifically for you for an entire month.

    You can rest assured that this is NOT a machine generated online personal training program. I look at the answers you provided me with in the first email and create YOUR program.

    You can print out your workout and take it to the gym if you'd like or you can simply view it and its videos online. Your programs are built using equipment that you have available and each workout can be done in your gym, your home, your office or on the road.

    The exercise photos, details, reps, sets, videos and nutrition plans are all in 1 central location. It's all user-friendly and most importantly it's all specifically built around you.

    (the demo may be a bit fuzzy, but they will not be like this when you are logged into the online personal training program).

    Want more guidance? No problem. With online personal training you can receive a full nutrition program based on your goals. You get to choose what sort of program you prefer: vegetarian, low-fat, heart healthy, on-the-go, and more.

    It's all broken down into a 7 day meal-by-meal menu. It's all built for you. It's all about you. I make it so that you will succeed.
